Our 3-Stage Assessment Framework
With the results of our 3-stage assessment survey, we’re able to get a comprehensive picture of the impact of our programs on workers and the workplace.
Our comprehensive Baseline assessment is conducted at the start of each program to gauge participants' understanding of best practices, along with their attitudes and behaviors related to the topics in focus under each program. This assessment helps identify knowledge gaps and areas where participants may need additional support and education, allowing us to customize our programs accordingly. The baseline assessment also acts as a benchmark to measure progress, as we can compare subsequent assessments with the initial results to track the impact of our programs over time.
Our Midline assessment measures changes in participants' behavior and knowledge since the baseline assessment. It helps us gauge the impact of our programs, and identify areas for course corrections, . By comparing results with baseline and end-line assessments, we track participants' growth over time.
We measure the results of our End-line survey against our baseline and midline surveys as part of our impact evaluation. This allows us to track changes in participants' knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors over the course of our program. By comparing the results of these surveys, we're able to assess the effectiveness of our programs and make data-driven decisions about how to improve and refine them for even greater impact.
